As you are all aware, the Coronavirus impact is being felt globally and now also here in the US; the purpose of this communication is to best explain how we are currently managing the situation and that we have an operational plan in place as described below to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees.
We are proactively working on separation of personnel and logistics – to a contactless delivery of printed products to help prevent community spread.
Our Supply Chain continues to support us with the various products used in the printing process.
We are limiting our employees to conduct any meetings – with restrictions of only essential meetings and in the smallest number of people possible.
Employee education on proper hygiene measures; employees are to report if they feel ill and are to stay home until further notice.
We have implemented a visitor tracking system to monitor the safety of all; under no circumstances are we allowing any persons that have recently traveled internationally to enter our building.
We are open and accepting new quote requests and orders.
