We realize that many people aren't interested in what models of equipment we use, so long as they receive what they ordered. Still, we can't help being proud of our toys. Pre-Press/Design
Apple Mac Pro (Mac OS X) We can accommodate files in either Mac or Windows platforms. Our Mac software library contains PageMaker; Photoshop; FreeHand; Illustrator; Quark XPress; Word; InDesign. We can also create bar codes and pdf files.
HP Workstations Z400 (Windows XP-thru Windows 7) We can accommodate files in either Mac or Windows platforms. Our Windows software library contains PageMaker; Photoshop; FreeHand; Illustrator: Quark XPress; Corel Draw; Word; InDesign; Publisher. We can also create bar codes and pdf files.
HP LaserJet 5000 The HP 5000 incorporates the most innovative new technologies, establishing new standards for paper-handling, speed, and print quality. With the ability to print from 3x5 inch to full bleed 11x17 at an incredibly detailed 1200-dpi the HP5000 can produce sharp, clean documents whether they are text, halftones, or any combination of the two. Pre-Press/Platemaking
JV Imaging Washout Flexo Platemaking System 24" x 30" We manufacture our own flexographic plates in-house using washout technology. In addition to producing high-quality 150-175-line screen flexographic plates, this technology also helps provide crisp, sharp halftones and high-quality vignettes!
DuPont WaterProof II Proofing System We can make process-color proofs and spot-color proofs (including metallic and fluorescent colors) in minutes with this system for your color-matching and proofing requirements. Proofs can be laminated to your stock (clear/white films, foils, papers, etc.) as needed....
Itek 615E Platemaker We can make stat plates for quick/short-run jobs.
Polimero A4 Water Washout Letterpress Platemaking System 10" x 12" We manufacture our own letterpress plates in-house using water-wash technology. This helps protect our environment, eliminating the use of any harmful chemicals and utilizes a renewable resource!

Aquaflex 1306 DBX 8/C Flexographic Press 13" This press is equipped with UV curing technology and a BST ProMark video inspection system.

ARPECO Tracker Rewind/Inspection System This equipment can slit material as well as rewind roll-to-roll labels. It is equipped with a strobe inspection system.
Bostitch Heavy Duty Stitcher Heavy duty wire stitching, allowing stitching of materials in excess of 1" thickness as well as saddle-stitching capabilities.
Challenge Single-Hole Drill The simple yet highly effective Challenge single-hole drill is an indispensable tool. This machine makes it possible to drill a clean, consistent hole varying from 1/8" to over 1/2" in diameter in virtually any position on a page. The Challenge drill can also handle a variety of stock sizes and thicknesses, including as many as 500 sheets at a time.
